Downsizing & Relocation

An organizing opportunity presents itself when downsizing is necessary. The Busy Corner will help you evaluate what you really NEED to feel at home and how to put it together in a smaller space, including the furniture arrangement and the placement of art and accessories.

We will also assist you in sorting out the treasures you would like to share with other family members, such as photos, dishes, accessories, glassware, costume jewelry, etc... and if needed, pack and ship to each person. We’ll then help determine the disposition of the remaining items, taking them to local charities or resale shops.

Relocation can also present an organizing opportunity. When a new job or transfer requires you to move quickly, you have a lot to do.

The Busy Corner will help you organize your to-do list, making packing, scheduling and moving as easy as possible on you and your family.

Being well-organized on the front end of the move not only makes unpacking and settling into your new home go much more smoothly, it also allows your family to get into their new routines and on with life!
